All the Tripelhop Apps are billed monthly (with the only exception for partnership deals).
We offer most of our apps as both agent-based and instance-based pricing.
But check always the conditions on the marketplace.
For Agent Apps
(Used by all agents or agents belonging to specific groups)
We have an agent-based offer that makes our App affordable for small companies or companies that only want to offer our apps to a subset of agents..
As a rule of thumb, once you have more than 15 agents using the App, you might want to consider to move to an instance-based billing. The correct billing information is available on the Marketplace., so please check this upfront.
For Teamlead Apps
(Apps for Teamleaders, Incident Managers, Quality Analysts or Admins ...)
We only offer an instance based billing.
The price will be the same regardless if one or ten people are using it.
For Developer Apps
(Apps that offer easy access to code or code-enhancements)
We only offer an instance based billing, similar as for the Teamlead Apps
