- Get the API Token from Admin Center > Apps and Integrations > Conversations API In the new API you requested, copy the values in Key ID and Secret key
- Go to https://www.base64encode.org/
- In the top field enter the Key ID and Secret with a ":" in between (syntax = Key ID:Secret)
- Press Encode
- Copy the resulting value into the apps' settings in the Encoded field.
