Please note that some limitations are applicable:
- Only interactions can be displayed for the Zendesk Bot, Ultimate, AI Agents Essential, AI Agents Advanced, Messaging conversations and third party bots that integrate with Sunshine Conversations.
- Zendesk Chat or Zopim bot integrations (or any other legacy solutions) are not being supported
- Only interactions that are linked to a current Zendesk user can be shown. Conversations linked to users that have never reach out to an agent will not be visible in our app.
- You need access to Sunshine Conversations. This is included as part of Zendesk Suite or can be bought separately from Zendesk for users not on Suite or on legacy plans. More info here.
- WhatsApp templates might not render perfectly. This is a known issue that will be resolved in a future update.
