We are a team of Zendesk enthusiasts who create unique apps to fill gaps in the Zendesk product. With over ten years of experience working with customers, we still enjoy working at Premium Plus – one of the world's largest Zendesk partners. The focus of Premium Plus changed over the years moving away from App development. That's why we felt the urge to pick up App development again.

At Tripelhop, our mission is clear: to make sure you have the right tools to get the most out of Zendesk. Our apps are designed to enhance your agents' experience and streamline their workflows. therefore improving overall performance and satisfaction from both clients as agents.

At Tripelhop, we're just getting started. Our commitment to crafting innovative and valuable Zendesk apps drives us to continue exploring new ways to improve your agents' and customers' experience.Our corporate goal is improving the way of working in Zendesk and as such increase overall satisfaction.
As for individual goals, I know my colleagues are looking forward to use the latest technologies, create beautifully simple code and master the process from idea to aftersales support.
For myself, i can only say that i feel blessed to have these wizzkids near me. This is the start of a steep learning curve and lots of fun at the same time!
