Upon installation, the CSAT Viewer will be listed in the sidebar.
If you click on the pin , the app will be fixed to your sidebar. This makes it easier to quickly access the CSAT Viewer information.
What information is available?
If the CSAT has not been sent yet, it will be shown.
If the CSAT has been sent but the client has not reacted yet.
If the CSAT has been completed, you will find the timestamp
Underneath you will find how your client rated the support received, the reason if the answer was negative and the free text field (allowing your clients to ventilate).
The "Share your thoughts" field is crucial as in here you might find the reason why your client ended up being unsatisfied.
Never reach out to the unsatisfied clients when not knowing what their dissatisfaction is about.
