Marketplace installation
During the installation process of the our apps via the Zendesk Marketplace we receive the following information from Zendesk
- domain of the instance
- company, address and contact information as entered in the checkout fields
- email address of the admin installing the app
We do not get, see or receive any other data about your company's Zendesk instance.
Running the Application
Tripelhop does not log, capture, see or process any of the data used in the actual usage of the application.
We also do not log, capture or process any logs, crashes or other metrics about the app. In short, we are blind on if, how and when you use the app.
Data used by the app
The Ticket Timeline Viewer uses the /api/v2/tickets/id/audits endpoint to gather a timeline of all events on a ticket. These API calls are made client side and use the current session of the active agent in Zendesk. This means we only show and return data available to the agent.
No data is pulled or pushed from other sources than your own Zendesk instance.
