Install Conditional Field Values from the Zendesk Marketplace, choose an Agent-Based plan for under 16 agents or Instance-Based for 16+, enter your domain and billing details, then activate it in Admin Center. Avoid access restrictions as all agents will use its features.
How to install the Conditional Field Values?
Head over to the Zendesk Marketplace (or click here) and select the plan that best fits your team to install the Conditional Field Values App.
Choose the plan that best fits your team size:
Under 16 agents? The Agent-Based plan is the most cost-effective choice for smaller teams or targeted agent groups.
16+ agents? The Instance-Based plan provides better value for larger organisations needing company-wide access.
Attention! All your agents should have access to zendesk, as the created conditions shoould apply to them too.
Check the Marketplace listing for current pricing tier details.
Next, you will be prompted to fill out your domain.
Once filled out, you click on the install button.
Now you will be prompted to fill out the banking details.
The App gets loaded and will be listed in your Admin Center under the Zendesk support Apps
Check if the App is activated by clicking on the cogwheel.
By clicking on change the settings, you can enable/disable role or group restrictions.
Do not restrict the access to, as the App exists out of multiple features that should be applied to all.
Note that only Zendesk admins can change conditions, and other agents see them read-only.
By now the App has been installed and can be used to configure your forms.
