Marketplace installation
During the installation process of our apps via the Zendesk Marketplace we receive the following information from Zendesk
- domain of the instance
- company, address and contact information as entered in the checkout fields
- email address of the admin installing the app
We do not get, see or receive any other data about your company's Zendesk instance.
Running the Application
Tripelhop does not log, capture, see or process any of the data used in the actual usage of the application.
One exception, from version 1.12: when the admin screen or the ticket sidebar hits an error, the app can send a crash report to Sentry, stored in the EU. It holds the error message, where in the app it happened and the app version. Field values, option names, your conditions, email addresses, ids, your Zendesk address and anything about the user (IP address, location, browser) are left out. Error logging is on by default; turn it off with Enable error logging in the app's settings. The Help Center script never sends reports.
We do not collect any other logs or usage metrics about the app.
External Data used by the app
The app runs entirely within your Zendesk instance and makes any API calls to gather and show data client side.
The API calls made are limited by the permission level of the current logged in user in your Zendesk instance. The API calls are made with their user account associated and show up as such in the Zendesk logs. This guarantees that we comply with the permission level you setup in your Zendesk instance.
