By the end of 2022, Zendesk created this great AI-powered feature that automatically detects what a ticket is about, in what language it has been written and how the customer feels when creating the ticket.
The intent, language and sentiment where initially displayed in the sidebar but from there the information moved to the top center of the ticket.
In the Ticket-tags you can find how confident Zendesk thinks it's analysis is. The confidence-level is either low, medium or high.
Unfortunatly, this important information gets dispersed all over the ticket.
This is why we created the Intelligence Viewer. The Viewer displays the information in the sidebar, including the confidence levels. The App ensures this crucial information remains available in its former place and in an easy-to-read lay-out.
