There are 3 things that can be adjusted within the App.
1. Change the colour of the icon's
The icons in the app will use the same colour as the branding colour in your Zendesk instance.
You can change the colour by adjusting the brand colour in the Admin Centre > Account > Branding.
2. Hide Intents or Entities
If for any reason you don't use intents or entities, you can hide them in the Intelligence Viewer. The change is made in the settings in the Admin centre > Apps and Integrations > Zendesk Support Apps.
2. Change the license type
Note that prices can change overtime. But for now, once you have more than 13 agents, it is financially more interesting to change the license type. You can change the micense type in the Admin centre > Apps and Integrations > Zendesk Support Apps.
There is no need to fill out the details (like credit card number and company details again)
Just change the license type and save the plan. Billing will be automatically adjusted
