Once the App has been installed, you will find the app in the sidebar. You will see the intent, the sentiment and the language with its corresponding confidence levels.
In addition you can see all open tickets with the same intent.
Just underneath, you will find the entities. A new Zendesk feature that will need to get activated and configured first. Entities are pieces of information in tickets that give extra meaning to a ticket. (Example: an ordernumber has a fixed syntax and is essential info for handling a ticket correctly. )
On top of the App, you will an icon that will enable you to pin it to the sidebar. It will stay fixed in the sidebar and as such the App will be easily accessible to all agents.
