Marketplace installation
During the installation process of the our apps via the Zendesk Marketplace we receive the following information from Zendesk
- domain of the instance
- company, address and contact information as entered in the checkout fields
- email address of the admin installing the app
We do not get, see or receive any other data about your company's Zendesk instance.
Running the Application
Tripelhop does not log, capture, see or process any of the data used in the actual usage of the application.
We also do not log, capture or process any logs, crashes or other metrics about the app. In short, we are blind on if, how and when you use the app.
External Data used by the app
The app runs entirely within your Zendesk instance and makes any API calls to gather and show data client side.
The API calls made are limited by the permission level of the current logged in user in your Zendesk instance. The API calls are made with their user account associated and show up as such in the Zendesk logs. This guarantees the we comply with the permission level you setup in your Zendesk instance.
