You can access the API viewer in 2 different manners.
Either you search for ticket specific information or for more generic information.
API viewer via the sidebar
For ticket-related information, open the ticket and the API Viewer via the sidebar.
If you access the App for the first time, select the App in the sidebar and pin it to your favorites.
When you have the ticket and the API viewer opn, note that you can enlarge the information in the viewer by dragging the column.
In the API viewer you will find 3 sections: Tickets, User and Organization
Ticket Information
You will find the following information , related to the ticket you opened:

- Audit:
- Related information
- Metrics:
- Collaborations:
- Incidents:
- Ticket Skips:
- Sideconversations:
User Information
Under the User option you will find solely user-related information
- User:
- Identities:
- Organizations
- Group memberships:
- Related Users:
- User Skips:
- Profiles:
- Events:
Organization Information
all you needed to know about the organization for the one ticket you openend.
- Organization:
- Related Organization:
- Organization Memberships:
- Merges:
This is the information you will be able to retrieve for a specific ticket. Now there is much more information available, but this information can be accessed via the App in the left-hand pane
